The IE EMN NCP is the Economic and Social Research Institute (ESRI), which is the principal institution

engaged in economic and social research in Ireland. It is an independent research body with a mission to produce high quality research, which informs policymaking and societal understanding. The Institute’s goals are academic excellence, objectivity, relevance to policy, and widespread dissemination of results.
